Do you have an anecdote on cultural Australian that surprised you, typical use of funny words such as the famous “mate” that you would like to explain to a newcomer?

Call for all members to contribute to the first edition of the Foreign Correspondent booklet on 100 words of Australian slang and weird cultural anecdotes as lived by journalists arriving Down Under. The idea is to publish the document with funny illustrations as a welcome present to new members and sell it to Tourism venues and airports.

Publishing costs will be minimal using new technology of print-on-demand.
